Why do I have to pay for a course to gain experience?

You don’t have to, however because the market is competitive it’s not as easy to just apply to companies for experience as you are one of many thousands of students asking for the same opportunity. The difference with our course is we guarantee the opportunity to gain the experience which will help with employability. This is the fastest way to get your foot through the door, showcase your skills and learning capability.

Why can't the employer pay me and train me?

They can and if you are one of the lucky individuals to get this opportunity then take it with both hands! However if you are the majority of job seekers struggling to gain employment because you lack the experience then you need to think outside the box of other solutions. The employer will more likely take on and invest a salary into an individual with experience instead of risking this with someone with no experience.
